Your privacy and saved answers

The survey does not ask for your name, contact details, street address or employer-issued employee ID. It creates a random response reference and stores an access credential in your browser so you can retrieve your answers. Platform account information may also exist if you sign in.

Your town or suburb, postal code, site, department, travel patterns and barriers are pseudonymous data. Authorised delivery staff can review individual answers in the survey system and internal Delivery Studio to assess the commuting baseline and opportunities. Small groups or detailed answers may be recognisable. These answers require further checks before an organisation’s report can be approved.

The survey does not geocode your location or calculate carbon emissions. Later governed processing and reporting are part of your organisation’s agreed engagement.
